Director of Property Management & PPE, Joël Barbosa is the holder of the Federal Property Management Certificate as well as the Diploma of Property Administrator. With more than 15 years’ experience in the property sector, he started his career with an apprenticeship as a commercial employee in a Lausanne property management company and then evolved over the years in this area that fascinates him. His objective: to advise, in an appropriate manner, each client in order to meet the set objective.
Western Region Director
Western Region Director, Stéphane Boss has been trained in real estate since his apprenticeship between 1997 and 2000. Throughout his career, he has steadily advanced, specializing in property management and condominium ownership (PPE). A certified professional for 15 years and a property assessor in the conciliation commission for over 10 years, he values client relationships, listening carefully and providing tailored advice, always dedicating the necessary time to ensure excellent service.
North Region Director
North Region Director, Pascal Mathis has more than 10 years of experience in the property sector. After successively occupying the positions of assistant manager and property manager, he obtained his Federal Property Management Certificate and then turned to the administration of condominiums of ownership, a profession he exercised for almost 4 years. Thanks to his varied experience, he has a vast knowledge of the different types of property management.

Christophe Porta, Eastern Region Director, began his career in retail before moving into the real estate sector. After completing the Immo Défi training, he advanced as a property manager and condominium administrator, also obtaining his federal diploma as a certified property manager. Drawing on these experiences, he has developed a comprehensive vision of customer service, combining rigor and high standards to ensure the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Active listening, personalized advice, and the quality of client relationships are at the heart of his professional approach.
