Delphine VOUTAT jined Cogestim in 2004, holding a certificate in property management and a diploma in real estate administration, and is in charge of the Quality, Projects and IT departments. She brings her in-depth knowledge of the company’s businesses and structure to the development of Cogestim’s strategic projects.
