3.3. You are a tenant or you are applying to rent a property

When you apply to rent a property, you complete a Cogestim SA rental application form. On this occasion, we collect the following data:

3.4. You wish to have your property valued or appraised

This mandate gives Cogestim SA’s real estate broker or valuer the power to consult and request any copy of documents relating to cadastral matters, in particular the extract from the land register, the plans of the property, the extract from the fire insurance policy (ECA) and any document likely to provide relevant information about the property to be valued/valued.

If the property is a condominium, we can also consult and request the condominium regulations, the minutes of the general meetings and the accounts for the last three years.

If you opt for an online valuation via our website, you agree that the information entered may be used, processed and treated to enable us to contact you and send you alerts, services and other information.

4. With whom we share your personal data

4.1. With our subcontractors

We may need to pass on some of your data to our subcontractors in order to carry out work and/or maintenance.

9. Jurisdiction and applicable law

This Privacy Policy and all matters arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy and the use of the sites and services are governed by Swiss law.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cogestim SA’s registered office.

 

In the event of any discrepancies with the German or English translations, the original French version shall prevail.
