Cogestim is certified with the ISO 9001 label.
The first certification stage was carried out in 2012 for the Management and Condominium departments, then in 2017 for other activities, including Brokerage.
ISO 9001 certification requires Cogestim to follow the guidelines imposed by the label and to use the tools to guarantee a level of quality that meets our clients’ expectations and harmonisation of work processes.
Cogestim has set up an efficient Quality Management System (QMS) allowing it to continually question the business and support processes of the company, in order to be in line with client expectations, or even to anticipate them, and to ensure quality and efficient services.
Several tools make it possible to identify improvement opportunities such as incident management, internal and external audits, satisfaction surveys, monitoring indicators, risk management, etc.
