Construction of a new neighborhood on the shores of Lake Geneva and close to downtown Morges to the requirements of the MINERGIE Standard 2014 label and close to all amenities.
This project which was completed in early 2019 had :
– Building A: 62 apartments in PPE and 2 commercial areas
– Building B1: 1’800 m2 of administrative surfaces
– Building B2: 18 subsidized apartments
– Building B3: 18 rental apartments
– Building B4: 1 apartment for rent and 750 m2 of administrative space
– Building C: 16 rental apartments and 200 m2 of administrative space
– Building D: 850 m2 of commercial space
