I owe a lot to Mr. Leuenberger for the sale of the property that my sister had bequeathed me in Cossonay, even if I almost imposed a buyer. As I don’t know anything about real estate sales, I would have based the sale price on the estimation of the house at the tax office, which was not very high. However, Mr. Leuenberger established a sales file taking into account the property as a whole, with magnificent photos, located in a very quiet residential area, which made it possible to negotiate a sale price that I would never have expected, i.e. more than double.
