Montricher is a pretty little village at the foot of the Jura, north-west of Morges, recognizable by the round tower of its church and home to the Michalski Foundation.
Its forest-rich territory offers numerous hiking trails, including the one leading to Mont-Tendre, the highest peak in the Swiss Jura.
This former farmhouse dating from 1812 is currently in need of complete renovation.
The dwelling comprises 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room, as well as a barn and a stable.
A beautiful west-facing garden offers all-day sunshine.
A feasibility study has just been carried out by a local architect's office for the extension of a bedroom in the barn with additional openings. You can see this possible extension on the floor plans (drawn in red).
The commune of Montricher has agreed to this request.
At present, all the plots in the commune are zoned "reserved" pending the new land-use plan. In the near future, the possibility of conversion should be possible, as the plot is located in the heart of the village.
