After technical training and having worked for nearly 15 years as a draftsman-surveyor, Yves Grospierre acquired an abundance of knowledge allowing him to be comfortable in everything related to construction, especially in rural land law, as well as laws concerning leasing. His career as a property broker began in early 2000. For more than 20 years? he has been passionate about his profession and the human relations that characterise it. On the strength of these experiences, Yves Grospierre had the opportunity to support many Cogestim clients in their various projects, both for the purchase of the property of their dreams and for the sale of their property.
Residing in Nyon and having worked more than 15 years in the Rolle region, he is very active both in the sporting circles and in the various regional events.
A sportsman by nature, he is interested in all disciplines as long as he is outdoors and surrounded by nature… while keeping this little competitive spirit in the back of his mind.
Passionate about outdoor sports, he was lucky enough to be able to participate in and accompany a sport emerging in the late 80s. It is therefore natural that quickly he passed his Swiss Snowboard Instructor certificate, allowing him to share his passion with other surfers of all levels.
Today, he is still as passionate about winter sports, but he sometimes alternates with skiing and hiking, always in search of virgin slopes.
For over 20 years … and 2,400 jumps to his credit, he has crisscrossed Europe for this passion. This physical and technical sport allows him to rub shoulders with passionate people as well as the aeronautical world, which is just as exciting.
Music follows him on a daily basis. Not a day, not a trip without accompanying music.
He appreciates music in the broad sense, no musical style in particular, as long as the quality is present. This passion takes him to different places in Europe for concerts and festivals of all styles.
